We are a registered and bonded California Unlawful Detainer Assistants (UDA) office. Only UDAs and attorneys are legally permitted to assist with evictions. Our seasoned staff and advisors include professionals with Bachelor degrees, real estate licenses, and property management backgrounds. We have worked with Riverside County and San Bernardino attorneys and judges for over a decade.
We are routinely trained by certified attorney instructors which allows us to keep up-to-date on the best methods and techniques.

True Flat Fee Pricing
Our upfront pricing includes nearly all aspects of your eviction documents. The vast majority of our clients will not need to pay anything beyond our $899 (plus court costs) package as it includes service for both notice and lawsuit proceedings. Uniquely, our service also includes multiple and unknown tenants. Only rural locations, evasive tenants, or numerous tenants would incur additional costs.
