Initial Eviction Documents
Includes proper service and filing unlawful detainer complaint, summons, cover sheets, and required attachments prepared accurately for court filing.
Tenant Response Assistance
Monitor court filings for tenant response. Assist with response, discovery request, evidence preparation assistance, evidence list, documents to set for trial.
Judgement and Lockout Documents
Preparation of judgement paperwork, writ of possession, and sheriff lockout documents and coordination.

Attorney Referral

Riverside Court Filing Fees: $270 for eviction filing; $40 Writ of Possession Order; $180 Sheriff Removal (only if tenant still occupies after judgement); $40 Prejudgement Claim of Right to Possession (for unknown tenant); $20 Tenant Evasion Court Service Order (only if cannot locate tenant); Court required credit card process fees and e-filing fees not included. Additional process service fees varies if rural location or if multiple tenants require additional services.
Avg. Riverside Court Default Costs: $310+
